Role Description

Join us as a Back-End Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of our product as we scale from 2M → 100M+ users. Working directly with Akshat (CEO), you'll design and implement cutting-edge AI features for Dippy AI's web and mobile apps. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of core technical decisions and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration: Collaborate on integrating LLMs, voice models, and image models into the Dippy platform.
• Build & Scale: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable back-end systems to support our AI-driven chatbot app.
• System Optimization: Ensure low latency, high availability, and efficient server-side architecture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless product experience.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to key architectural decisions and establish best practices for development, testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 3+ years of back-end development experience, ideally with exposure to AI/ML technologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or other server-side languages.
• Experience with frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Knowledge of LLMs, GPT APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI model fine-tuning or deployment.
• Familiarity with WebSocket or real-time communication systems.
• Prior experience at a startup or early-stage company.
