About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to develop category-defining AI products that leverage the full scope of a business’s financial data to automate traditionally manual finance work. As an early team member, you will shape our culture, team, and product strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Develop AI-driven financial automation products
- Build and deploy models using ML, embeddings, and LLMs
- Define product requirements based on deep user understanding
- Take ownership of end-to-end product development
- Work in-person with a collaborative, fast-moving team
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced software engineer who can execute autonomously
- Proven track record building products with ML, embeddings, and LLMs
- Strong user empathy to develop the best solutions
- Ability to focus on what matters most to ship fast
- Ownership mentality; improve things without needing permission
- Excitement about working in-person with a small, high-impact team
- Bonus: Experience with React/TypeScript and Python
