As an Operations Generalist, you will work closely with the COO to support key business functions, including HR, operations & strategy, regulatory matters, and board & investor communications. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a knack for identifying inefficiencies and designing automated solutions, including AI-driven processes, to streamline administrative tasks.
This position reports to the COO and offers the opportunity to transition into a specialized function as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Operational Execution
- Support the COO in executing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify, prioritize, and address day-to-day operational needs across all functions.
Process Design and Automation
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate internal administrative tasks, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
- Continuously optimize processes to support scalability and operational excellence.
HR and Talent Management
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop systems to support performance management, training, and organizational development.
Board and Investor Engagement
- Prepare materials and reports for Board meetings and investor updates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of critical information.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of company goals.
- Provide hands-on support in areas of greatest need, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Experience & Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
