Role Overview
As an AI Product Manager, you will lead the strategy for a specific data use case, enabling top AI labs to enhance their models. You will collaborate with researchers, develop innovative data solutions, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
In this paradigm, data is the product.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for a specific data use case (e.g., Agents, Audio, Reasoning).
- Engage with top AI researchers to understand their needs and pitch data solutions.
- Own the end-to-end development of data use cases, from identifying pain points to defining requirements and delivery.
- Develop labeling interfaces and quality measurement platforms to enhance product quality.
- Align product initiatives with business strategy and objectives, collaborating with executive leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, ML, Design, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to drive adoption and sales of data products.
Qualifications
- Technical degree in Computer Science, preferably with experience in training neural networks.
- 3+ years of experience in building technical products.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Active participation in the AI community (e.g., attending major conferences, industry networking).
- Previous engineering experience, with strong technical skills in Python & SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary (San Francisco location): $160,000 - $220,000 USD
