Mission
At Bliro we are transforming how businesses capture and analyse customer interactions with privacy preservation and AI at heart. We’re assembling a small, elite group of 3-4 Founding Engineers who will be at the heart of our technical journey, shaping a product used by leading businesses.
As a Founding Engineer - Frontend, your mission is to elevate Bliro’s client applications (built with TypeScript, React, and Electron) to the next level. In just three months, you will transition into a key leadership role, driving engineering excellence and leading core product initiatives.
Objectives
Lead by Doing
Contribute directly to our codebase with a hands-on approach, delivering high-impact projects end-to-end.
Technical Leadership
Guide and mentor other engineers, fostering a culture of best practices, clean architecture, and scalable codebases.
Product-Driven Engineering
Work closely with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring rapid product iteration without compromising on quality.
Core Competences
- Expert-level React, TypeScript, CSS skills
- Deep experience with Electron for cross-platform desktop applications
- Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and accessibility standards
- Experience in designing AI integrated and scalable frontend architectures
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright)
- Strong understanding of security best practices in desktop applications
Preferred Competences
- Experience with React Native (for potential mobile roadmap)
- Proficiency in C++ or Objective-C (bonus if familiar with native modules in Electron)
- Familiarity with Node.js 22 in serverless environments
- Strong AWS knowledge (CodePipeline, Lambda) for CI/CD automation
