About the Role
The IT Operations team is tasked with providing quality IT support that enables internal customers to achieve external success. The IT Systems Administrator will play a major role in this task. You will execute tasks and projects aimed at continually improving the operations and security of our corporate information systems.
The growing environment is comprised of MDM-managed Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices deployed to a remote user base. Microsoft 365 GCC High, Atlassian, and Slack are the primary tools used to conduct internal business.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute projects which improve IT operations
- Administer Microsoft 365 tools with an emphasis on development within SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Intune
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and common issues
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools to provide timely technical support to end-users
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify ways to optimize their use of corporate information systems
- Execute and maintain hardening of SaaS apps based on guidelines set by the Information Security team
- Document technical procedures and solutions within our knowledge base
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration – you have a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities
- Successfully led IT projects and understand how to manage their impact on an organization
- Strong knowledge of SSO and user provisioning concepts
- Strong knowledge of MDM concepts and administration
- Ability to interpret business requirements and transform them into technical solutions
Nice to Haves
- Experience administering GCC High version of Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of automation tools with respect to their use in proactive IT support

- Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 + equity + 401K match (individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training)
