What This Role Offers
- Be the CTO of a One-Customer Startup: This role gives you the autonomy of building products like you're a CTO—growing revenue of your "mini startup" (your assigned customer). You'll take ownership of delivering AI-driven systems that solve real-world challenges for this partner.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with a single, high-priority customer to design, build, and deploy scalable, tailored solutions using AI.
- Lead every stage of engineering, from exploratory prototyping to production-grade systems.
- Serve as a technical strategist and partner for your customer, aligning challenges to innovative AI solutions.
- Innovate on the fly: rapidly implement, troubleshoot, and iterate on the AI systems you deploy.
- Immerse yourself in cross-functional responsibilities, acting as engineer, strategic advisor, and mini-CTO all in one.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Proficiency in Full Stack Development (Python + React) + Experience working with LLMs: You’re comfortable working with and generating production grade code.
- 4+ years of CS experience or equivalent degree from a top tier university or program.
- Passion for AI and Innovation: You’re excited by the possibilities of pioneering AI agents and can’t wait to apply them in real-world environments.
- Entrepreneurial DNA: You dream of leading technology teams at the helm of a startup or heading a product-focused engineering org. You thrive in ambiguous situations and know what it feels like to "own" a project.
- Team Player & Independent Contributor: You know how to work collaboratively, yet you can single-handedly carry solutions from ideation through deployment.
- End to End Expert: You have Experience taking software from ideation to production.
- Stellar track record in senior engineering leadership roles within high-growth tech environments that demand speed, technical rigor, and adaptability.

Additional Perks
- The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $215,000 for NY-based candidates and £80,000-£120,000 for London-based candidates. Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
