Support Engineer

We're looking for early engineers to help support and grow our app! You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team to:

• Debug customer issues
• Identify and sometimes fix bugs
• Document and triage problems
• Offer product improvement suggestions
• Make a huge impact on our product and user experience

You don’t need a lot of experience — just a strong programming foundation, grit, and a smart, hardworking mindset.

🛠️ Tech Stack (for devs who want the details)

• Elixir / Phoenix / LiveView (latest LiveView features)
• Tailwind CSS for styling
• esbuild for JavaScript
• Tesla (Finch adapter) for consistent integration interfaces (~30 integrations)
• Hammox for testing (minimal mocking, just at the boundaries)
• Wallaby for E2E tests involving JS
• LiveView tests for UI
• Absinthe (GraphQL) for mobile APIs
• Postgres 15 (Cloud SQL, read replica enabled)
• Rust / Rustler / C / NIFs for performance-critical pieces
• pgvector for hosting our own embeddings

💼 Compensation & Perks

• $90k–$120k depending on experience
