Role Overview

As a member of the Applied AI Team at Reflection, you will be instrumental in helping enable the use of LLMs in Enterprise customer workflows. By helping build the harness to drive, understand, and test Reflection’s agents, you will drive significant outcomes for both customers and the Reflection team. Combining your knowledge of LLMs, agents, and systems engineering skillset, your work will directly impact the success of Reflection agents, helping deliver a best-in-class experience to our customers and expanding our knowledge and understanding of superintelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement methods to analyze agent reasoning
  • Develop and refine prompting strategies to guide agent behavior
  • Implement workflows that present relevant information to agents at strategic decision points
  • Integrate and implement tools with ergonomic agentic interfaces
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to assess and compare agent-proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with the data team to source evaluation data
  • Collaborate with the product team to translate agent outputs into real-world actions that address customer needs
  • Collaborate with the algorithms team to implement environments that support model training requirements

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience building large-scale, high-performance solutions in the AI or software engineering domain
  • Experience using, designing, and prompting Large Language Models
  • 5+ years of experience with Python and/or Golang
  • Experience bringing agentic systems to production
  • Strong systems engineering track record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in startups, scaleups, or dedicated AI teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer requirements
  • Knowledge of containerization, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
